WORKSPACE

BIPP HUB is based within the Sant Pau Art Nouveau Site, a UNESCO World Heritage landmark. Our residents benefit from outstanding facilities in a historic venue and also become part of a community of leading global institutions that includes the United Nations University, World Health Organisation, UN-Habitat, EURORDIS, SCP/RAC, European Forest Institute and Casa Àsia.

BIPP HUB offers the following workspace options exclusively to IPP organisations and independent IPP professionals:

Co-location Space: we provide permanent offices in a shared facility to IPP professionals and organisations.

Co-working Space: we offer workstations to independent IPP professionals.

Incubation Space: we offer IPP start-ups workspace, support services, programming, capacity building, and in some cases, much more intensive assistance in order to help make innovative ideas a reality.

BIPP HUB occupies the Sant Jordi and Central Pavilions. Sant Jordi was constructed between 1902 and 1911 and was recently restored to the highest standard. The Pavilion includes private and shared offices, as well as meeting and reception spaces. The Central Pavilion, known as Casa d’Operacions, was originally designed as an operating theatre and is 470 square metres with capacity for over 70 professionals. Both Pavilions combine start-of-the-art office amenities within a modernist building to create a unique work environment.
