ELISABETH DE NADAL

Elisabeth is Deputy Managing Partner at the international law firm Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira and active on its global management team. For more than 20 years, Elisabeth has practiced as a lawyer in Brussels, London and Barcelona in the fields of corporate law and commercial litigation, acquiring extensive experience in national and international arbitration. Her practice has focused on institutional arbitration cases before local and international arbitration boards such as the Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) and the Cairo Regional Center, among others. Since 2010, Elisabeth has coordinated the Pro Bono Program and Corporate Social Responsibility policy at Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira. In 2014, she joined the firm’s global management team, assuming responsibility for projects related to innovation, transformation and organisational change.

Elisabeth brings extensive experience in the fields of corporate law, organisational management and project development. Her professional trajectory and responsibilities have provided her with direct exposure and extensive knowledge of the business sector and its corporate social responsibility priorities. Elisabeth has first-hand experience with the third sector as well as with academics, both locally and nationally. She is fluent in 4 languages.

Elisabeth is a lawyer with a law degree from the University of Barcelona and LLMs in European Law from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and the University of Liège (Belgium). She also has a postgraduate degree in Social Responsibility and Audit from the IL3 Institute of the University of Barcelona.
